Have you ever found yourself in a situation that seemed so challenging, you think it will take a miracle for things to improve?

This is exactly where I found myself a few years back.
In the span of a few days I received jolting news over and over that left me feeling shell-shocked. The months that followed I found myself living in a quicksand of fear-based trauma that I could not shake no matter how hard I tried.
​
I vowed to myself I would do whatever it took to heal and return to love, and be free of fear and free from the past.
​
So that's what I did.
My journey took me to Israel, Costa Rica, Mexico and the Peruvian Amazon to receive various types of energy work and healing, and learn some of these healing methods to offer them to others.
​
I connected with a number of amazing healers all around the world, and witnessed and experienced working with many different healing modalities.
​
Through healing my inner child, I also became much more aware of how I was showing up for myself and my kids, and shifted from parenting with correction and fear, to creating more space for expression, connection and unconditional love.
Most importantly, my journey taught me how to quiet my mind and merge back with my heart, to become a living example of unconditional love and freedom.
